Paradigm Shift?
I could barely believe what I was reading when I visited CNN.com today. It seems we're finally seeing a paradigm shift in the media away from terror-inciting reporting a la "Summer of the Shark" to myth-busting stories like this one, published in the wake of Roy Scheider's ("Jaws") death:
"All of the sharks in all the world's oceans barely kept pace with Mr. Scheider's movie accomplishments. They killed one of us last year. One." [Full story]

I saw a program 2 nights ago on my vacation in Mexico I was sickened. It took me back to last July, I was in Costa Rica my friend owns a hotel right on the pacific. All of a sudden he starts ranting about that boat! thet are raping the waters I hate those guys. I didn't really understand so much then as I do now so, now I know. Even though its illegal Costa Rica without an army cannot fight the Asian & Mexican cartel so, I guess this will go on.I wonder if I would have seen the program I watched if I had been at home in the US!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE WE NEED SHARKS TO PROVIDE AN ECO SYSTEM SO HUMANS CAN BREATHE!!!not to mention how cruel it is when they cut the fin off & throw the shark back into the ocean to fall to the bottom to be eaten alive or bleed to death..Too bad you can't chock on soup!!!!!!
